A FOCUS ON TRAINING

With our objective of sustainable employment in mind, we train our employees to acquire new skills, exercise more responsibility and develop their autonomy. Because our activities rely on specific know-how, and we want our projects to be carried out to the same standards of excellence throughout the world, we have developed our own training programmes: in post tensioning, cable stayed or repair techniques, in safety, in the management of a Business Unit or in project management.

These training programs are delivered through our dedicated in-house training facility, the ‘STRANDS Academy’. Currently based in Kerala, the academy provides hands-on, face-to-face instruction led by experienced industry professionals. To further expand accessibility, a second STRANDS Academy center is set to open soon in Bangalore. In addition to classroom-based sessions, participants also benefit from a range of online learning modules designed to complement and reinforce the in-person training experience, ensuring a flexible and comprehensive learning journey.
